• For any reservation cancelled with minimum 48h prior the start of the experience you will receive a full refund



• No show and cancellations with less than 48h prior the experience will be fully charged

All Inclusive Tours

• All-inclusive tours are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation by the participant, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling shall be granted.
